A group for individuals with Bipolar Disorder focusing Interpersonal and Social Rhythm Therapy. 

This group will follow an evidence-based, specialized psychotherapy,  that stabilizes mood by regulating daily routines (sleep, meals, activities) and improving interpersonal relationships. It helps patients minimize the disruptions to their circadian rhythms that can trigger manic or depressive episodes.  Click on the button below for further information.
